Attune, Affirm, Align and Apply

Spiritual truth is first apprehended into the understanding and then appropriated into the consciousness. Apprehension and then appropriation precedes realization. Once realized in consciousness spiritual truth effects the law of mind action of realization, demonstration and then material manifestation. This is how we first become the truth we want to experience and express in our lives. The daily practice of attuning, affirming, align and applying enables and empowers the transformation power of Truth in and through us. This week I will explore the meaning of each aspect of the spiritual practice and formula.
