Being Holy

The origin of the word holy is from the Old English "hālig" or "hāl" meaning to be whole and further described "as one perfect in goodness and righteousness" (Merriam-Webster). Spiritual wholeness is the true and authentic source of absolute health and happiness; if you want to be happy, be healthy and if you want to be healthy, be whole. Wholeness and integrity come together. Integrity is to be integrated, aligned, balanced in the essence of being. These dimensions of being and aspects of self all come into authentic integrity when we are righteous, and we are experiencing and expressing righteousness when we are right-thinking, right-feeling, right-speaking and right-doing. What makes these right is Divine Truth. Righteousness is the thinking, feeling, speaking and doing that is aligned with the Truth of Divine Ideas. To be happy, be heathy, be whole, be Truth.
