Gratitude Journal DAY 4: The giving and receiving of compassion.
I am thankful for and have gratitude for compassion. I value my close friends who so sincerely share compassionate support and encouragement with me. I am thankful to be participating in the Compassion Games Relay and encourage all to do the same. For compassion in my life and in the world I am full of gratitude ... I am grateful.
