“Dream lofty dreams, and as you dream, so you shall become. Your vision is the promise of what you shall one day be; your ideal is the prophecy of what you shall at last unveil.” James Allen Within each of us, there lies a divine desire for that which is our unfolding truth, right, and good, our path and process to a life of that which is better and best. James Allen calls on us to look up, into that vision and to dream lofty dreams of inspiration and aspiration, saying yes to the promise and prophecy of the divine desire that calls to us as we end this year that is passing, and begin the advent of the new year, that is coming. As I write this blog post my heart is filled with the hope, peace, love, and joy of Advent and Christmas, and this time of year again when we more than ever are in the experience of the ending and releasing of something old and the beginning and receiving of new and next, possibly better and potentially best. The world may be a challenging place for many of us right now, even more so when we find ourselves adrift in life, directionless and without a compass, without clarity of what is true, right, and good, and lacking a sense of meaning and purpose in life. The Dalai Lama lovingly comforts us in the reminder that the meaning and purpose of life is to give our lives meaning and purpose. For me, I find my meaning and purpose firstly in the spiritual, and then secondly, in how I live with spiritual integrity and personal authenticity, in the world. I published a new booklet this week: Intention 2022 - Insight And Inspiration on How To Live the New Year with Intention, Purpose, Power, and Prosperity. It's available on Amazon and I've provided a link below. The process of the experience of researching and writing the booklet blessed me. I felt the call as I always do at this time of the year, the call of Divine desire. For me the call of Divine desire is not a call for more material things, more life experiences, or more of anything else really, that isn't about the experience and expression of Divine truth, right, and good with greater spiritual integrity and personal authenticity. A call that I realize will be a life long path and process, but one which gives me a rewarding daily meaning, purpose, and joy for life and living. In the next weeks and months I'll return to this topic and share some insight and inspiration from my booklet. I hope that you too are feeling the stirring, the vision, the call of the now, next, better, and best of the new year.
