If travel exceeds 40 miles round trip then additional travel, accommodation, meal, and incidental expense rates may apply, calculated as per current IRS and Federal Travel Regulation Rates. An estimate will be provided for approval.

Program Coaching - $1.00 / minute. A minimum of one 60 minute session/week.
